Charter Communication has made every possible payment option available for the cherished customers. These payments can be made by Checking/Saving accounts, Debit Card, Master Card, Visa or Discover Card, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

Online Payment through

 Create a “My Account” using the 16 digits and the 4 digit security code printed on the upper left corner of paper billing statement. Set up Auto Payment, one-time payments or schedule a future dated payment. To avail the future dated payments, the account must be current with no outstanding balance. If Charter Customer Chat Representation service is used, then $5.00 per transaction fee is charged.

Mobile Payment 

Type in mobile browser and it will give access to and follow these steps:

  1. Click on Current Customer tab
  2. Click on My Account and pay bill
  3. Click pay bill
  4. When making a payment, click the $ Pay Bill icon from the button menu.

Your Bank Website

Use your Bank Website and make payment to Charter as payee on the same 16 digit account.

In Person

Make sure to go on Charter Store Locater Link to find an office of Charter to make payment through cash, money order, current or saving account, MasterCard, Visa, Debit Card or Discover Card.

Nationwide, there are 35000 MoneyGram locations which accept payments in cash and notify Charter within ten minutes and charge a processing fee for this service. Similarly, Western Union Payment Centers nationwide accept payments through their Western Union Convenience Pay and they may charge processing fee.

Illinois and Missouri customers can also make payments at Shnuck Supermarkets with $2.00 fee and payment shall be posted the next day.

By Mail

Remember never send cash through mail, rather only check or money orders in an envelope along with remittance portion of statement.

By Phone

Call at this number 1-888-438-2427. Follow the prompts and make the payment through Charter Automated Service without any charge but if payment is made through the Customer service agent then $5.00 processing fee is charged.
